  • Let’s see if we’re a good fit! This time will be for possible future clients to share their health concerns/goals and understand how I can support them as a Nutritional Therapist & Restorative Wellness Practitioner.

  • This 90 minute consultation is for new clients. During our time together, you will receive the following:

    • an in-depth review of your health history, symptom presentation, food journal & health goals

    • personalized recommended next steps, including testing options if needed

    • 25% discount on all supplements through Fullscript

  • This 6-month program is for anyone ready to fully dive in and commit to improving their health. It includes the following:

    • the MRT test & (2) GI MAP tests (1 for the beginning of the program and 1 at the end to retest & see all of the progress made/guide next steps)

    • a functional evaluation of your test results

    • bio-individualized diet, lifestyle, & supplement protocol based off of test results, health history, & symptom presentation

    • monthly & bi-monthly check-in calls over the course of 6 months

    • email & messaging support throughout the duration of our time working together

  • Symptoms can be misleading and testing gives a more accurate picture of what is causing imbalances in an individual. Testing eliminates the need to guess and speeds up the healing process.

  • GI MAP

    The GI-MAP is an at-home stool test that provides deeper insight into overall gut health. It assesses the level of “beneficial” and “harmful” bacteria present in your microbiome, identifies pathogens like parasites and candida, and also looks at digestive health markers (i.e. gluten sensitivity, fat digestion, enzyme output, etc.)

    MRT 176

    The MRT 176 is a blood test that screens for food sensitivities to foods and additives.

    DUTCH COMPLETE

    The DUTCH Complete is a urine test that evaluates sex and adrenal hormones, including cortisol rhythms, progesterone, androgens, and estrogen metabolism.
